• NOTE: This is done on a case by case basis, and must be done with a legal purpose, i.e. lawsuits: $150.00 and up.

Information needed to conduct a Background Investigation or Locate:

We recomend a Background Check into any potential business partner, serious relationship, or potential marriages. A Background Check is cheaper then divorce and alimony payments!

Fees for Asset Location Services:

• TBD (There are many ways of locating or attempting to locate assets, and many different types of assets Clients may be interested in finding. Fees may vary.)

Our Agency can serve any legal paperwork that does not require service by a Law Enforcement Agency. 

​

Types of Process Service we can handle includes but is not limited to: Subpoenas, Summons/Notice of Hearing, Petitions, Divorce Paperwork, Child Custody Paperwork, Family Law Paperwork, Civil Law Paperwork, Lawsuits, Orders of Protection, Injunctions Against Harassment, etc.

Our service rate for West Valley is $150 and up.

​

Our service rate for East Valley is $150 and up. 

​

Orders of Protection and Injunction Against Harassment serves are $250 and up due to danger.

​

We do up to 3 attempts at varying days/times. If a skiptrace is required for service, we will attempt to locate the individual for service for no additional charge.

​

There are higher costs typically for potentially dangerous services like Orders of Protection and Injunctions Against Harassment. 

​

If surveillance is required to serve a subject, with client's approval, it will be $125/hour plus serve costs.

Missing Person/Missing Child Investigations:

​

Our Service Rate for Missing Person Investigations is $125/Hour.

​

​When someone goes missing, time is extremely important in any efforts to find the missing individual safe and well. Especially if the missing individual is a child.

​

Typically, the first 48 hours are most crucial to find any missing person safely.

​

The first steps you should take in the case of a missing person are: 

​

1. Immediately notify your local police/sheriff department.

2. Have a current picture of the individual & current description ready for police (age, race, gender, height, weight, hair color, hair style, last known clothes they were seen in, etc.) Be sure you also inform police of any and all known medical needs of the missing person.

3. File a missing person report, immediately. If you get push back, go up their chain of command (Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, etc.) until you find someone who will take your report. Don't allow the police to tell you, they must be missing for some specific amount of time (e.g. 24 hours). That is a BS excuse to avoid work. 

4. After you file your reports with police, contact a local investigator who can begin IMMEDIATELY on your case. Again, time is of the essence.

 

Law Enforcement is often limited on resources and man power, and unless it is a "missing child", they will not usually be actively looking for your loved one. This is where a hired Private Investigator can be of assistance.

If for any reason OSI is unavailable to help you on your case, we will try to get you in touch with a trusted investigation partner who can offer assistance.

Family Law cases can be a very difficult time for our clients, and we understand this well. We will approach your case with care and concern for you and your family during this difficult time and offer you the best possible investigation experience.

Note: Our Investigators have taken specialized training to assess and investigate Elder Abuse claims.

Do you have a family member who is being cared for by a home caregiver or in a care facility and you believe they are the victim of abuse? In our experience, initially law enforcement may not take your concerns seriously and "Adult Protective Services" is often slow to act.

​

Many people believe that Elder Abuse only occurs with caretakers or in care facilities. The truth is, anyone can be an abuser to an Elderly individual.

 

These potential abusers can include long time spouses, lovers, caretakers, friends, the children of the Elderly, extended family, etc.

 

Stats on Elder Abuse say that an estimated 1 out of 10 individuals aged 60+ have been a victim of some form of Elder Abuse. Further, studies have indicated that only 1 in 24 cases is ever reported to law enforcement.

We can assist you in gathering the facts and getting the evidence you need to handle your case and assist you in presenting the evidence to law enforcement to seek criminal charges and go after the individual or entity for civil damages.

No one deserves to be a victim of Elder Abuse in their "Golden Years" of life.

​

The National Council on Aging website defines the following as abuse of the Elderly:

​

• Physical abuse means inflicting physical pain or injury upon an older adult.

• Sexual abuse means touching, fondling, intercourse, or any other sexual activity with an older adult, when the older adult is unable to understand, unwilling to consent, threatened, or physically forced.

• Emotional abuse means verbal assaults, threats of abuse, harassment, or intimidation.

• Confinement means restraining or isolating an older adult, other than for medical reasons.

• Passive neglect is a caregiver’s failure to provide an older adult with life’s necessities, including, but not limited to, food, clothing, shelter, or medical care.

• Willful deprivation means denying an older adult medication, medical care, shelter, food, a therapeutic device, or other physical assistance, and exposing that person to the risk of physical, mental, or emotional harm—except when the older, competent adult has expressed a desire to go without such care.

• Financial exploitation means the misuse or withholding of an older adult’s resources by another.

 

It should be further noted that the abuse could include more than one form of abuse.

Simple Wellness Check within the Phoenix Metro Area:

 

$150 flat rate, and up to 2 varying attempts on days, nights, or weekends.

Why hire a Private Investigator to do a wellness 

check or "door knock"for your family member or friend? 

​

It is often in our experience that Private Investigators are more understanding of people's situations than law enforcement, and will often give the individual more compassion if contact is made, specifically if they are dealing with an emotional or mental crisis. We will also speak with neighbors to confirm if the individual has been seen in recent days/weeks.

​

Clients have hired us to perform wellness/safety checks when they cannot reach their family member or friend.

 

This service especially applies to the Elderly population in Arizona, who may live alone, and have no family living nearby or in state.

 

If the individuals have emotional or mental health issues, we are prepared to deal with that, and have had extensive training in these areas.

 

If it is determined the person may be in danger or need medical help (physical or mental), we will attempt to assist them in getting the help they need, without leaving them traumatized like a law enforcement contact may.

Note: Our investigator has specialized training in Animal Abuse Cases.

OSI was the lead Private Investigation Team on the #Chandler55 Animal Abuse Case involving April McLaughlin aka Sydney McKinley, and represented numerous rescues in the process and put in over 141 hours of Investigation time in this case.

The Investigators with OSI love animals, and believe that all life is precious. We work tirelessly to document and obtain evidence of any alleged abuse or hoarding situation, and work with local police or animal rescues to see to it that the individuals involved are prosecuted in accordance with the law and have the animals they are abusing removed from their care.
